Content Warning: This game contains content intended for audiences 18+. It is only described and is avoidable through game choice. There are jumpscares but only when I think it is funny. This is hardly a horror game.

There is no official guide, and I encourage players to reveal as little as possible to others. It's not an adventure if you know what is in store. Just try a lot of things, see how it turns out. Every choice affects the outcome.
